The Practice of Training

My Investigative Reporting   ……..Teach……..

May we know that by the practice of learning, diligent training, seeking wisdom and discernment; that He uses it to raise us up to help others.  May the LORD use all that He teaches us, and through our own trials and tribulations and learning from Jesus, our ultimate Teacher; that we would rise up to each occasion.    Be the best for God where ever He would have us.  Walk humbly with our God, we can not do any of this in our strength.

I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”  Phillipians 4:13PIANOTeach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.”     Psalm 86:11

Sweet Peace.

My Investigative Reporting: …..Peace…..
How do you know? What does your life look like with peace present?
Sweet peace. It is important for each person to have peace with God, themselves and every person that has crossed their path. Some are a blessing and many a lesson. You have to pray to follow where the Lord leads.  Choose to have peace in every situation and as you are obedient; it is there JOY abounds.   In peace and joy, you can face anything when the Holy Spirit leads you.
“Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16

Trust. Simply Said. God First.

My Investigative Reporting …….Trust……..
How does that word make you feel? When do you know to trust? What does that look like? Does it come naturally? What is the reasoning behind …… trust?
God first. Simply said. Even if God doesn’t answer when or how we would like, we still trust Him with the outcome. We still press on to serve and love Him.
I can earnestly say God will show you who and when to trust. There is no confusion in that. He is not the author of any kind of confusion. Pray to discern what the world serves you. Then,
Trust, where and when He leads. #Faith
“Lead me in the Right Path, Lord.”  Psalm 5:8
“For we live by faith, not by sight.”      2 Corinthians 5:7

Focus. Think on These Things.

My Investigative Reporting:     …..Focus……..
How do you start your day? What do you “gather” in your day to be your primary focus? What is it on? Is it to serve God where He would have you for that day and with purpose? Is it to live in contentment where ever He has you in this moment of time? Or Is it to live with our own selfish desires?   Giving our heart to God every day for His will to be done in and through us, in all we do or say.   Oh LORD, provide us grace where we fail.  Refine and polish us to get up and be better in our focus; always being Christ-like.  To live with purpose. In Jesus Powerful Name. Amen.

” Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”      Phillipians 4:8

He is Our Hope

My Investigative Reporting:      …..Hope…..
What does that look like? Is it based on feeling? Or what is going on around you? Or things unseen? Things life has thrown at you? Simply said, it is our unshakeable firm foundation and faith in Christ.
“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect”   💜   1 Peter 3:15

“The Miracle of Focus in our Commitment”

My Investigative Reporting:     ……Serving Christ……..
The Miracle of Focus in our Commitment”
Serving Christ? What does that look like? What does that mean?
Know Who You Are In Christ.  Do not let the world define you.
God says He gives us a new name.   “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give some of the manna that has been hidden away in heaven. And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one understands except the one who receives it” (Revelations 2:17).
“The Key is Focus! Paul may have had much activity in his life, but his focus was sharp. He knew who he was, what he was called to do, who called him, and what he must do each day to fulfill this calling.”

Divine Grace.

ballerina putting her shoes
and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”                                                    Ephesians 4:23-24 (ESV)

For that most beautiful moment in my Life

For there are no words.

From the lips

Only silence is preferred.

Stop. Repent.

Sought the Lord’s embrace.

Know as He gently brushes ~

In the wind quietly across my face.

Did you know that all things of this world

Can all be replaced and erased?

Be still and know.

There will come a day

When those tears will be washed away

In our Father’s precious gathering place.

God’s Divine Love is truly full of grace.

God’s power and presence in my life

Transformed by His Divine Grace.

I have been penning my thoughts in my Christian journey for years.  Little did I know 5 years after this poem (Fall of 2014),  the Lord would bring me to my church who consistently teaches us about Grace❤️
